Personal Profile

My name is Simon A. Baumgartner, and I’m a filmmaker and cinematographer from Innsbruck, Austria. Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by how film can capture emotions and bring stories to life.

At 18, I founded my production company, Inkon Media, to bring my own ideas to the screen and take on my first independent projects. Since then, I’ve worked on commercials, image films, and feature film projects, shaping productions from the first concept to the final image.

For me, filmmaking is a continuous journey of learning and discovery. Since the very beginning, I’ve been looking for new and inspiring projects that challenge me creatively and spark my curiosity.
